Our Experience

Our staff has over 30 years of extensive experience in the criminal justice system. This experience includes law enforcement investigations, supervision, and training with drug, gang, intelligence, and street crime emphasis at the local, state, and federal levels. We have extensive experience in criminal defense investigation, OSINT investigations, and substantive paralegal services. We have a Criminal Defense Specialist on staff. This designation is granted by the Criminal Defense Investigation Training Council upon successful completion of the Component Method Criminal Defense Investigation training module. 

We use all of our knowledge and experience to assist clients in their defense of criminal or administrative charges through legal and factual research and pre-trial preparation. Discovery review and investigative case analysis are the bedrock to our services. All play a vital role in a successful defense. 

We provide litigation support and trial technology services to attorneys nationwide. This includes trial presentation, document review and management, investigative case analysis, e-discovery, legal and factual research, video review, deposition review, public records research, and social media and background research. 

We also have extensive experience in state and federal post-conviction investigations. Our expertise has also been used in state and federal civil rights litigation in plaintiff actions against governmental and private criminal justice agencies. 

We work with attorneys throughout the U.S. to help provide the best possible defense for the client's case. We do not accept pro se clients.
