Public Records Requests

We have extensive experience in researching and requesting public records throughout the country. We are able to obtain records from federal, state, and local governments as well as the courts through requests for records. 

We work with attorneys and the media to obtain records from criminal justice agencies. We have subscriptions to court records databases and are able to provide some court records within hours. 

We are an Arkansas-based company. Arkansas has a "citizen" requirement in its FOIA laws that limit requests for public records to citizens of the state. We are happy to assist you in obtaining Arkansas public records and we deal with state and local agencies on a regular basis.
